This thing has changed my life! Use it for 15 minutes a day and helps so much with lymphatic drainage, bone density, and overall just feeling better!

I haven't used it for a full workout yet! But a couple of minutes in test mode was enough to understand the full power of the plate. I hope it will be really effective in active work.

Just received my waver vibration plate. Came quick and looking forward to testing this out. It comes packaged and incased in styrofoam inside the brand’s box. Looking forward to updating review once I’ve been able to try it out for some time.
