I've just had the plate a couple of days and have used every day while watching YouTube videos on vibration plates. I think I am going to use it alot, have been using a rebounder but reviews say that this is even better for circulation

I jumped right in with this vibration plate and love the feel. I've referred at least 4 others to purchase one. Go slow on the speeds and amounts and work your way up. This has become a very relaxing work out.
