I purchased the Wave Vibration Plate and so far I'm really enjoying it. I try to use it everyday for at least 15 minutes.

Good but...

I use the platform for strength and stability training. But I really want more information on the different setting/programs. The platform markets lymphatic drainage, but there is nothing in the user manual on what the optimal setting might be. I would just love more information to utilize a great product to it's full potential

Went out for dinner with my girlfriend and I saw an incredible change in her body and she told me that she’s had this life pro for about seven years. She’s been really active with it for the last three months. What an incredible change in her body it was a must have to buy for me.
