Just opened my box today! I’m so excited to get started with LifePro on my new health journey! Reading user manual and so far I’m impressed with the users friendly instructions, exercise tips, exercise benefits and much more…the manual has everything you need to get started! Got it last week. Used over 10 times. Good variety with programs. Now time to get creative with workouts. We like the spectrum of levels and it is more quiet than expected. Solid construction.
