It has three exercise mode choices which is great. It motivates me to vary my exercises so much so that i am looking forward to achieving the goals that i want, quickly....hopefully.

It was easy to assemble and get started. I absolutely love the Waver. A friend recommended it to me and I love it. My husband just started using it and he loves it because it is easy to use.
