I am just starting but very pleased so far. Received waver quickly and in perfect condition. Starting alowly but already feel difference in legs.

This vibration plate helps me get some movement when I am not able to otherwise due to my health. The lowest setting is gentle enough for me.

we just started using and after the first day we both slept great that night, the only thing we did different was the vibration platform so it must have been it. ha We're looking forward to using it more.
