I have only had this a couple of days and I am in love with it. So glad I made the purchase. My husband plans to start using it also. So far I am doing 15 minutes in the morning and another 15 late afternoon! Best purchase ever. Thank you

Strange that I’m being asked to review the product when I just came here to complete the registration. Not a great customer experience trying to force a review b4 I can register.

Works Amazing

Bought originally for myself and my mother. Currently she has been using it and says she feels a difference in her leg circulation as well as her arms. We have yet to use the resistance bands and the mini bands. Do like that the manual includes a QR code to see different types of exercises you can do on the plate, and also the lifetime warranty :)

I just started using the product, so far so good. Trying to make time for me has been difficult, excited about getting a least 15 minutes for me to work on me.

Have used it once so far and found it very effective. The plate is a good size and appears very sturdy.
