Only have had it a week and I think I am already experiencing benefits. I have RA and I tend to have different pain in different areas but i really do think this has helped me. Looking forward to experimenting with the different programs.

I like the lifetime warranty. It's also well made, sturdy, and completely quiet, which is a nice surprise.

Just received my vibration plate just after ordering 2 days ago. Used it today for the first time and it worked like expected. I am going to love continuing to use it and seeing results.

Very impressed with the quality of the product. I'm starting out slowly so only used it for a few minutes, but it feels quite good.
