Just received my LifePro vibration plate and I’m already excited to add it into my daily routine! The packaging was secure, everything came neatly organized, and setup was super easy. I haven’t used it yet, but it feels sturdy and well-made, and the remote + resistance bands are a nice touch.
I’m looking forward to incorporating it for lymphatic drainage, toning, and overall wellness. I’ll definitely update once I’ve used it consistently!
