Sleek design and can fit under desk and chair. Easy to use. Not sure of how it will affect me overall as I have only used twice. Looking forward to positive benefits.

Just received my Waver Vibration Plate. Very sturdy and I love the color, I got the purple one. I can’t wait to try it out.

Waver Vibration Plate

Had for a few days and so far so good. I work from home and sit all day long. For the past two days I’ve used the vibration plate for about 10 minutes every two hours and I definitely don’t feel as stiff as I normally do after and 8-hour day.

I've only used the plate once, but it seems to be exactly what I was hoping for.

Like my blue plate. I have lymphedema and my daughter thought this might help. She’s had hers about 5 years and she lives it
