This vibration plate has been a great therapeutic device for my journey in claiming embodiment. Has significantly helped with my ADHD (nervous system reset), proprioception issues d/t hyper mobility and lymphatic drainage. So happy I made the investment, after debating for a couple years. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this vibration plate! It’s been a total game changer for me I feel more energized, my muscles recover faster after workouts, and it’s even helped me with circulation and flexibility. I love how easy it is to use, I can hop on for a few minutes in the morning or after work and feel a difference right away.
