I have just started using the Waver Vibration Plate, sitting. It will take me a while to be able to stand on it holding onto a chair. I am impressed with the size of the unit and the price. I did not think I would ever be able to afford a vibration plate such as this one at home. I appreciate the accessories included in the price.

I have only used this once, but my body seems to really like it. My muscles feels like I have just worked out, but I am not excessively hot (I have MS so this is a BIG DEAL) beyond my muscles being hot. I think this will help me in many ways.

I received my vibration plate today and did my first 5 minutes seated on level 5 . I will say that after I felt as if I had done numerous calf raises and squats. This should be very interesting
