Waver works fine, but the cord plug is loose

Just getting started on this journey. Getting the Waver set up was easy with all of the available videos and instructions. Just finished my 1st 10 minutes in manual mode, on level 1. It seems to work great! Level 1 feels pretty powerful, I can’t imagine how level 99 works. Looking forward to many years with this vibration plate! I feel confident in the purchase with a lifetime warranty giving me peace of mind.
