Felt it in the legs!

Started slow… did 10 mins on low speed. Wasn’t sure it was doing anything until I got off! Then I felt it for sure. Looking forward to learning more and doing more

Better than expected!

So good that even our teenage daughter keeps stealing to keep in her bedroom! I feel “lighter” when I walk, joints hurt less, and I’m sore again after workouts I’ve been doing for years (but now do on vibe plate) so know it must be activating muscles. ??

This plate has been so much fun for my entire family! I’m excited to see changes in all of us. It said I was supposed to receive a vibrating ball but haven’t yet.

The Waver seems to be relieving my lower back and SI joint pain. I hope the benefits continue.
