Fun way to exercise

Got this Waver for Christmas and just opened it the day after. I have take Vibration classes at the club and am now excited to do them in the privacy of my home. After doing exercises at the club I feel tighter and stronger. They only have class once a week. Now I can continue my fitness journey at home and more frequently! I love it!
