The Waver Vibration Plate offers an opportunity to workout in my home at times convenient for me. The movement makes me aware of each part of my body that is being engaged as I work on legs, core and arms. I love the challenge and am seeing results!

Did my research and the Waver came highly recommended. Comes with a poster for quick reference to warm up, lower body, upper body, core, and massage. The lifetime warranty is a bonus. Lots of great information in the user manual and the video tutorial library.
