Lymph, fascia, mold detox

Using this as part of my mold detox protocol. Helps to move lymph and fascia. I do the big 6 for lymph and then some qigong movement. After work I'll use it to do some stretching. It really helps to shake off my stressful work day. I've been looking into using it for trauma release also. It's a wonderful multipurpose tool. Seems to have no or low EMF on my meter, at least on top of the platform. Used my FSA. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Works as expected but the rubber foot mat was already peeling up from the plate. The adhesive does not seem to be working.

I received the LifePro vibration board as a Christmas gift and have been using it regularly. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and adds a nice boost to my daily routine. I like how compact it is and how quickly it helps wake up my muscles. Overall, a great gift and a solid addition to at-home workouts.
