Started slow… did 10 mins on low speed. Wasn’t sure it was doing anything until I got off! Then I felt it for sure. Looking forward to learning more and doing more

Got mine in today and used it for the first time. Afterwards it felt like I was walking in the clouds. No foot or knee pain…after just 15 minutes! I’m gonna love this!
