I wasn’t sure I would like this but I am impressed with how I feel after using.. love it.. recommend use for anyone but especially elderly if needing help with mobility.

I’m giving it a 3 for now -
I’ve been liking it a lot, love everything that came with it
The only issue that I’m using as a negative is that I don’t know if the plug is great
The plug going into the unit seems like it might get loose. I’ve only used it twice now but both times I had to play around with it. So maybe that will work itself out. Fingers crossed!!

Game changer

I seldom write any reviews but the Lifepro Waiver is amazing. I’ve had both knees replaced over the last 2 years (separately) and still experienced some aching, stiffness etc. after two sessions, no pain. I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase and look forward to expanding my exercise, balance, endurance etc. definitely give it a try.

Love my new vibration plate

Still getting used to the vibration plate but so far has helped with tightness in my hips. Easy to use. Want to try the resistance bands that came with it.

The vibration plate is great. I use it for recovery after my long runs as well as strength training workouts.
