So far so good

I was surprised/disappointed the timer only allows 15 min. Instructions say our bodies are allowed 20 min a day to use it. My connection cord is pretty loose after only 3 uses. Makes me worried.

I have been a gym rat for > 50 years, but I purchased this vibrating plate for my wife who is battling cancer and a heart condition as well. She loves it, and I believe it will produce excellent results. I also love it to supplement my workouts at the gym. The only criticism I have is that the remote stopped working on the 3rd day.
