I am gaining flexibility after limited exercise due to some joint injuries this past year. I have only used my LifePro a few times, but I am able to tell enough of a difference that I keep wanting to make use of it!

Decided to purchase the Waver on the recommendation of a good friend. I've used it twice so far (in two days). Looking forward to incorporating it in my exercise routine. Thankful for a tool with so much community support to assist me as I age with grace and strength.

I've been genuinely impressed with this vibration plate. It's sturdy, easy to use, and surprisingly effective for such a reasonable price. I am recovering from a lower back injury, and I have noticed a difference in just a week of using it!
