Purchased this vibration plate to help with lymphatic drainage and circulation. I use it a couple times a week and instantly feel better after each use. I enjoy the different speed levels. Now my two teenage athletes use it to warm up or wind down for the day. I was able to use my HSA funds for Lifepro/TruMed provided a MNL.

I've only had it for a week. First impressions as I start off slow- 5-6 minute sessions are having some positive impact on lower leg swelling but not completely ridding it. Feels good on lower back pain. Button interface on machine and remote could use a modern touch- the membrane button covers will definitely break with time and the sound is a loud, high pitched beep that is unpleasant to the ear.
