Amazing for Lymphatic Drainage!

I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my legs this past year and have struggled with finding ways to relieve the lymph swelling, but this vibration plate has been so helpful! I do it for about 15 minutes at a time on the first level and it feels amazing and has done wonders for my leg swelling.

Road to feeling myself

I just tried it first time today. Must say it felt great. Hoping it helps with my Lipedema, fibromyalgia and overall makes me feel like myself again. Road to feeling healthy again.

I have had my waver for close to two months now. I use it daily and absolutely love it. It has really helped my legs and my back. I love the pre programmed workouts !! Especially #9!!

My Waver came well packaged. Set up was easy enough, however I'd prefer more instructions/ideas for using the mini bands and resistance bands.

I love this vibration plate!!! I feel lie a new person every time I get off of it!! I sit on it, lean on it, stand on it, lay on it...it's a great pain reliever, as well as, a great alternative to my exercise routine when I'm feeling a little lazy!! I'm so thankful for this product and will have this on deck for life!! Thank you LifePro ?
