I'm 80. I bought the Waver yesterday. The construction is very solid. It's easy to operate. The documentation is very good. I appreciate the resistance ropes with handles and 4 resistance bands. So far I'm up to using it for 7 minutes at speed 1. I bought it to help improve my balance. That's why I bought the Waver instead of a vertically vibrating plate. I would like two improvements: 1. I would like the remote to be Wi-Fi or Bluetooth instead of infrared so you don't have to point it down at the Waver. 2. I would like to be able to adjust not only the speed and time (in manual mode), but also the height of the movement to go from less than it is to much higher and then be able to greatly decrease the speed, so that it would be a gently oscillating movement rather than a vibration, with options to change the height of the oscillations and the speed randomly within user-specified minimums and maximums, like an automated Bosu ball with round side down, to improve balance even more.
