It's easy to use. I'm recovering from hernia surgery and the Recovery + Fitness Waver Vibration Plate is a great way to move without the impact.

Hello,
I'm excited to get stated on my new Waver Vibration Plate.
I tried one out at a Birthday Party that a friend got as a present. And I loved it.
I anxious to see the results as a older woman in my mid 60s. I'm not much of a gym person. I soon get bored. I have some body aches different places throughout my body and need this.
I also want to keep my body toned and in shape in the privacy of my own home..
So here I go LifePro. (Smile)
And I want to tone my body fore
Tik-Tok. So here I go Lifepro into
