Start Slow

So far it's been great. I needed to start slow and sit while using it the first three times and have since been able to stand for three mins at a time. I have enjoyed it and my husband has as well. Hopefully we will see some changes over the next several weeks.

I’m just getting started but so far I really like it. I am impressed with how quiet it is! I plan to use at my standing desk while I work from home.

Just unboxed and turned the waver on. I'm already impressed at how well made and powerful this unit is on the 1 power setting.
