I just got it, but it seems very relaxing if anything else! Can't wait to see what other benefits trail along. I got it mostly for lymphatic drainage.

I just opened the box, assembled my unit, and had my first experience on the machine. It was wonderful and I know I will enjoy using it on a daily basis.
