Enjoying the stimulation

I was recommended this by multiple people to help with circulation and joint pain. I’m hoping with long term use that I see relief in my lower body and I can eventually use it for workouts. I use it at my work desk and while I’m watching television. It feels like the start of healthier habits instead of sitting stagnant for hours.

Easy set up. Packed great for shipping. Exceptionally quiet. Did first session - just like I am suppose to do. Gift from my wonderful sister. Pray it helps my balance. Love color and so happy it has remote.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is improved mobility from the lessening of inflammation. Happily this was the number one reason I purchased. Secondary reason is for increased bone density so I’m hopeful to see improvement in that regard.

So far so good ot may not cure things but I can tell it helps with everyday move ment its like a relief feeling it wakes up your body it seems and makes it keep going
