I had a total hip replacement 5 months ago, but had some major set-backs. We did 10 weeks of PT and Shockwave Therapy to help with drainage and healing. Then my PT suggested continuing with a Vibration Plate for Lymphatic Drainage, Strength & Conditioning, and to help lose about 10 lbs I have gained from not being able to exercise. I am starting slow, but very excited to get my health back! And my husband is also going to use it for balance and strengthen his lower back.
