Finally Able to Stick to Workouts & Recover from Surgery Thanks to My Waver!

I bought days before my 2nd foot and ankle surgery in the hopes it would help me recover faster and improve balance one I was able to walk again. Not only did it do that, but using it after every workout has prevented the stiffness and back pain that in the past has led to pulled muscles and my needing to take days breaks between workouts. I also am able to do my PT recovery dumbell workouts on it and have noticed massive gains since adding the plate to the reps.
This plate has honestly been a life changer for me and all surgeons and doctors and physical therapists have commented on the speed of my getting back into healthy shape thanks to this. The exercising of course is essential and eating healthy, but without this plate I would be going at a snail's pace and likely have given up by now due to pain this is preventing.
Best impulse purchase ever??❤️

Best 15 minutes spent!

I have just started using the Waver Plate. It the best 15 minutes that makes you feel like you have had a workout. I even use the just for my legs while watching TV at night after a long day of work.
