Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On

While I just got started I can sense that with continued use: (1) my calves will get a much needed work out, (2) my upper back has already loosened up, (3) blood circulation will improve, (4) I’ll regain better balance, and (5) neuropathy will decline. Hey maybe I’ll learn Tahitian dance too! Likely buy one for my brother.

Came to the website for the workouts. Can’t give a review on something I haven’t used and it won’t let me skip it

Just received my Vibration Plate, have used one time and could definitely feel it working various areas of my body just the first time, looking forward to the future results.
