So far this waver vibration plate has been OK. I can’t leave a full review yet because we’ve only had it a couple weeks. But I love the way it makes me feel so far, I am looking for joint pain, relief, and I think I’m going to find it!

I have only been using the vibration plate for a few days but I am loving increased flexibility already. I also purchased one for my daughter and her family and they are all enjoying it too.
