I am loving they Waver Vibration Plate! It is a great addition to my health regime. It has so many uses, programs, etc and has so many health benefits! Highly recommend. This is my third product from LifePro. I also have their redlight band and LumiCare Pro light therapy torch. This is a great company with great products! I love them all.

I had my doubts but after 15 minutes on it the first time, it felt like I just came back from a run.
