The Waver is a new way to stimulate the lymphatic and blood flow systems - i have been enjoying using it while getting ready in the morning to just awaken my body. Look forward to using it in various other ways to strengthen myself. Thank you

I love this plate! It’s the only one I have ever had, but I love it so much. I have lipedema, and this helps tremendously with pain and management.

the waver is sturdy and I'm glad that I went with the Lifepro brand to make a purchase. I researched others, and by far this one was the better option.
