Best for fitness plate ever experience. I was referring by a chiropractor to use it for my ankle and knee pain injury recovery. The pain has reduced a lot.

I have only had my Weaver for 3 days and already have high hopes it will help me with all my joint, and muscle aches and pains, especially my right hip and leg. Also, looking forward to it helping me with flexibility and maybe even weight loss.

It was a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but I'm excited to use it.
