This Waver Vibration plate works so well and is easy to use. I recommend it for anyone wanting to work on balance and for blood circulation issues. It helps me with my kicks also.

Just received my order and am registering for the warranty so I don't have a huge review yet. Tried it once and felt the jiggle. I'm kind of surprised there's so many levels of intensity to choose from.

I had hear of vibrating plates and their benefit but never had been on one. I had surgery and my lymphatic masseuses recommended I use one as part of the detox and recovery process.
Oh my … I didn’t expect to get a rush of redness from circulation after 10 minutes on level 90. What an amazing experience!
