I just received my Waver Vibration Plate. I am hoping it’s just as wonderful as my Lifepro Red Light Therapy knee wrap. After a double meniscus repair, the red light knee wrap helped get me back on my feet so much quicker than anything else I tried. Within the first couple of uses, the pain and swelling improved rapidly.

I finally have my own LifePro Waver!

I’ve used my trainer’s vibration plate for a year or more, but was able to purchase my own recently. I have some neurological issues and it has helped so much with my balance. I love it!

On day 2 of using the vibration plate and I after 25-30 mins on it I am sweating. Def feel like I am getting something from it. Hoping more results show soon
