Just plugged it in to see if it worked. Turned it on for a few minutes and stood on it. I guess I better read the instructions

Waver vibration plate

I’m looking forward to using the vibration plate. I have had injections, meds, and infusions for years to help with my osteoporosis and they all had negative side effects. I am looking forward improving my bone health in a more natural way.

Wish it had more modes or vibration styles

wobbles back and forth but wish it also had some different mods or forms of vibration, such as side to side vibrating
