I used a vibration plate 3 yrs ago at a chiro clinic and found it to be beneficial. I was excited to find a plate that has a wide platform and is very quiet. I just got it today and so far I am extremely pleased.

I have only used it a couple of times but the placement for your feet for jog and run is definitely a challenge
