I used it for 15 minutes and it has warmed my body up. I am always cold no matter how warm it is. I will keep using it to observe the lymphatic benefits.

Great product, poor connection- no followthrough

Works great when the cord will stay in the plate. The connection insert is poor and does not seat well. So anytime you move it slightly it disconnects.
Also I registered and was supposed to receive a free mini. Never received.
Overall, would not repurchase

Been using my vibration plate off and on the past few months. Stores perfectly underneath the couch. Been using mostly for stress relief but would like to use it more for exercise.
