I’ve had the vibration plate for over a year and still use it several times a week. I love how relaxed I feel after using it. I have a bad hip and it seems to help with the pain in my joints. I would definitely suggest to others. Love it.

I’ve only been using this for a couple days and so far I really like it. Easy to set up and use and I like that there’s pre-sets as well.
