Starting waver vibration plate

Haven't use the waver vibration plate yet. Just open the box and reading instructions. Planning to start using tomorrow. I'll give a review when available. Can not truly give a star rating as of yet. I'm giving it a 5 star if I feel it should be different will advise.

I have had 2 back surgeries. I'm always looking for good stretches when my lower back is tight. Very few work. Stood on this Wave for ten minutes at 33 low setting. First time in 40 years my back felt loose. Thank you and Wow. You just possibly changed my daily life.
