Loving it! I spend 10 minutes when I wake up and 10 minutes before bed on my Waver. It helps me get some back kinks out more when I use it before stretching. It’s relaxing and feels good on my body.

Just recieved my Wave Vibration Plate, only used it a few minutes, but can't wait to recieve all the benifits from it that I have read about. Seems to be a Solid sturdy machine, quiet and very easy to use
