So excited for my new Life pro vibration plate. I have such problems with tight fascia in my legs and this machine loosens me up every morning so I can go through my day not in pain.

Ive used it everyday. I broke my foot last week, and have been just sitting on it and resting my feet on it. It makes me feel more energized and just "lighter" feeling
