I have been using my vibration plate for a week now and I love it. I suffer from lymphedema and lipedema, so this is a necessity in keeping my lymph moving. I look forward to the weeks to come.

I bought Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate after a recommendation from a friend. As with any gadgets, I was skeptical as far as what it can do for me and whether it will be worth the price. I was hooked after the first use! It definitely improves my energy level, balance and relaxation. I use it daily! And I love that it doesn't take much space. I use preset programs the most.

Just starting and you definitely can feel it throughout your entire body. Whether you are just wanting a good shake for stability and recovery, training, or improve your circulation, I recommend you give the Rumplex 4D Vibration Plate a try. PS it’s a sturdy plate with a relatively quiet motor.
