Unexpected Success!

Was a bit skeptical of the hype but I’m glad I bought it and I think this plate is a gem. I enjoy using it first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up to really get me up for the day and moving. Thanks to the team for inventing this!

Should of got a less expensive one

It's powerful but truly the 4d and 3 d is not worth 2 times the price and the 12 to 40 Hertz only refers to vibration. You mostly use the oscillating shake and that is only to 12 to 20 like on other devices
I recommend going with the same version that's not 4 or 3 d you'll save more than half of the money and get the same machine

Shake yourself HEALTHY ❣️

My hubby and I have both started using this vibration plate, love it.He had calcification deposit in his shoulders, the start of carpal tunnel syndrome, his hand. has helped in both areas. for me, it’s helped me inside and out. A truly wonderful investment in the machine and us.❣️
