I have been getting served ads for cheaper models on TikTok for weeks and went from thinking it was silly, to it seeming kind of like a fun sensory toy and a good excuse to get more activity while watching tv. Now that it's here, I get the hype and have no regrets. We're using it several times a day. I'm especially surprised by how much my partner likes it. Great for recovery or to loosen up/relieve stress. Need more time to see what long term benefits are.
My only small suggestion for improvement would be to change the controller on the unit so the buttons are orientated at the top and the display part is at the bottom to make accidental button touches with your feet less likely. There is a lock button on the remote, which is worth noting. I just have to remember to use it. Went with this company because of all the solid reviews and the warranty. It's good to know if something breaks they will stand by it and that parts are available to repair it.
