I have had this product for about a week now and have gotten a few different workouts. I am loving this addition to my workout routine. And then I use it also just for relaxation and muscle release. Looking forward to discovering all the ways that I can use it.

I can’t live without my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate!
I added to my stack of red light panel and Kaatsu bands! Then sauna!

I’m a young 76 year old gal who wants to improve my balance and strength as well as increase bone density. This machine is fun and impactf! I already feel a little more energized during the rest of my day after just 10 minutes on it in the morning!
