Love the vibration plate!

We ordered to help primarily with joint pain and lymphatic drainage. But my husband uses it mostly to enhance his exercise routines. Have only been using it for a month and I’m not completely sure if we’ve noticed any benefits, but I do think that I have less muscle tension and we both have been feeling more engaged with our core and legs.

My sister gifted me the Lifepro Rumblex 4D for Christmas. I have used it daily since and noticed an increase in my lymphatic drainage. This is the best Christmas gift yet!!

Just got mine out of the box, but I have been using the Rumblex at my pilates studio and I like it so much that I bought my own to have at home. It’s very quiet and has many settings and speeds to choose from.
