A New Era of Fitness

My Rumblex 4D plate, in just days of use, has convinced me of its effectiveness. I have balance problems stemming from heart surgery in late 2022. I have been spending 10 - 30 minutes on the plate, arms out, balancing. I can tell from my gait walking outdoors, things are improving.
